Whole Foods has expanded its discount for Prime members to Alabama.

Amazon Prime members in Alabama will soon save a little more at Whole Foods.

Whole Foods is expanding its Prime-exclusive discounts to Alabama and nine other states, the grocery chain announced today. The program means Prime members will receive an extra 10 percent off sale items and rotating deals for members of Amazon’s $119-a-year Prime membership.

The discounts will be available starting June 13.

“We’re excited that Prime savings will be available at nearly half of our Whole Foods Market stores this week, giving more Prime members access to great deals just in time for summer,” said A.C. Gallo, President and Chief Operating Officer at Whole Foods Market. “Based on the positive customer feedback and successes we’ve seen over the past month, we’re accelerating our timeline to expand these savings to all of our U.S. stores.”

Amazon plans to roll out the discounts to all U.S. stores by this summer.

The Whole Foods’ Prime discount program is now available in: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington and in Kansas City, Missouri.

To participate, Prime customers should download the Whole Foods Market app, sign in with their Amazon account and then scan the app’s Prime Code at checkout. Customers can also opt in to use their mobile phone number to save at checkout.
